Janet's in Reno

I've been pointing out the irony of the fact that the state budget is in free fall and Governor Napolitano is spending her time campaigning for Obama.  Her trips are especially hypocritical in light of the State Democratic Party's relentless criticism of the one trip that Senate President Tim Bee took to Washington during the legislative session. 

Napolitano has campaigned in Ohio, Colorado, Pennsylvania and Florida.  Now we find out that Napolitano is traveling to Nevada on behalf of Obama.

The Obama Campaign announced today that Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano will travel to Reno this Sunday to campaign for Barack Obama. 

Napolitano will hold a town hall meeting on Sunday afternoon with area voters focusing on the economy.

She going to discuss the economy.  That's funny, kind of like me discussing Cricket.

Naturally the mainstream media has ignored Napolitano's travel during the budget crisis.  However, they can be excused for missing the story about Janet going to Reno.  After all, if you Google Janet and Reno you are going to get this...very scary.

I personally think that Napolitano has done a good job but you're right that she should be focusing on the state's economy and not campaigning for Obama. I'm also glad that someone is willing to criticize "The Chosen One" and or his supporters. I don't support either party but I am tired of everyone drinking the Obama Kool Aid.
