PHOENIX -- CNN is reporting the Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano has been tapped by President-Elect Barack Obama for the cabinet position of Homeland Security Chief.
Earlier today Napolitano claimed that she was not looking for another job when asked about a possible cabinet position.
She was initially thought to be in the consideration for Attorney General, but that position has been reportedly offered to Eric Holder.
No word on Napolitano's reaction yet.
Well, J-No is going to leave JB in a lurch...either cut services or raise taxes to fix the budget, which will potentially make her vulnerable with all the other GOP 2010 Gov. wannabees.

Well, the Republicans can take a page out of the 2008 Dem playbook and blame Janet for everything.

It's a great day for Arizona. The nation's woes are Arizona's blessings. We can't thank Obama enough (hmmm, maybe he is god).

Ah, there's a silver lining to every cloud!
Balance that budget.
