I predict Prop 107 passes by a huge margin.

Racial preferences are opposed by around 70% of Americans. The only time these propositions fail is when the Unions throw enough cash to confuse voters. But even with well-financed campaigns in "deep-blue" states like California, it still ends up passing.

With an African-American in the White House, the need for special set asides for African-Americans is absurd. It also violates Americans' Constitutional Right to equal protection, in addition it violates the Civil Rights Act.

I hope Ward Connerly gets this on every states' ballot.
