Cynic.

427,121 signatures, not a million.

So how many do you have so far, Thane?

Remember Thane, gathering exactly 427,121 does not leave room for any invalid sigs. A successful signature gathering campaign will require at least some overage and a 50% overage is minimum so I would shoot for at least 750,000 and a million would be better.

So I again ask, Thane, how many signatures do you have so far?

If we're talking about the recall Kyl effort, it is 427k signatures. If we're talking about the Dupnik recall effort, it is 90k signatures.

I am not privy to the signature count.

As time goes by, the meaning of Halloween has become contained by means of celebration.

Story has been picked up by the Washington Times: http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2011/jan/20/outspoken-tucson-sheriff-faces-recall-bid/

I'd really be curious who they "filed" and application with?

As to removal by recall, the United States Constitution does not provide for nor authorize the recall of United States officers such as Senators, Representatives, or the President or Vice President, and thus no Member of Congress has ever been recalled in the history of the United
States.
